Hello! My name is Ms. Aiello, and this is my 5th year teaching at Tubman. I have had the privilege of teaching 5th grade for all five of those years, and I feel so lucky to have built so many great relationships with the staff, students, parents, etc. I am originally from Carmel, CA—a small town up the coast near Monterey—but I moved down to San Diego for school. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University where I was a Liberal Studies major. I also received my Introductory Subject Matter Authorization in Math. I am currently working towards getting my Master's from SDSU in Teaching Elementary Language Arts. When I am not in school or in the classroom, I enjoy working out, cooking, traveling, going to the beach, and most importantly, spending time with my big Italian family. I am so excited that I get to continue to be part of the Tubman team, and I look forward to a great school year.
