About Harriet Tubman Village Charter

Harriet Tubman Village Charter School is a free public TK-8th grade charter school in San Diego.  We are dedicated to providing our students with exciting curriculum, individualized learning, college and career exploration, social emotional support, athletic opportunities, and creative outlets.  We believe in educating the "whole" child so that they can grow to become happy successful members of society.  As our name suggests, we strongly believe that it takes a "village" to raise great children. We do this by having strong partnerships with the families of our students, community members, and local businesses. Together we strive to create a positive and productive environment for our students to thrive.

December 3rd-9th is National Computer Science Week! We are celebrating here at Tubman by having all grade levels taking part in fun Computer Science Education activities all week long.

Family Literacy Night

Join us at our Annual Family Literacy Night Thursday Dec. 6th at 5:30pm! This years theme is outer space! There will be games, booths, community partners, and snacks all centered around literacy.
