LCAP
LOCAL CONTROL ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP) The Governor's budget for education has mandated that every school in California create a Local Control Accountability Plan.
Every year Harriet Tubman Village Charter School (HTVCS) evaluates the progress made on the previous Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) by giving our community a LCAP survey, then creates a new action plan for the next three to five years. Tubman gathers parent and community input as a means to evaluate the effectiveness of their previously offered programs and help give direction to future goals for their students. The results of the LCAP survey had a significant impact on budget decisions regarding allocating the revenues received from the state for the 2021-2024 school years. We thank the community for taking time the to provide input in several different areas as specified by the funding model for California schools. Linked below is our new and improved LCAP.
