LOCAL CONTROL ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP) The Governor's budget for education has mandated that every school in California create a Local Control Accountability Plan. We need everyone's input - parents, students, teachers, staff, and the community - to put together our plan for school funding.
Harriet Tubman Village Charter School (HTVCS) is in the process of evaluating the progress made on the current Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and creating a new action plan for the next three to five years. It is important for the school to gather parent and community input as a means to evaluate the effectiveness of our current programs and to help give direction to student learning and success in the future. The results of this survey will have a significant impact on budget decisions regarding allocating the revenues received from the state for the 2018-2019 school year and beyond. We thank you in advance for taking time to provide input in several different areas as specified by the funding model for California schools. This survey may only be taken once per family.
