Room: 7

I became a teacher to help inspire future generations. My goal is to allow every student to be unique and create their own success by gaining knowledge. I love waking up and coming to school every day. It is a passion, hobby, and a strength.

I graduated from San Diego State in 2007 and explored many options and internships to decide where my niche was in this world. I found teaching is one of my skill sets which continues to grow day after day. I obtained my teaching credential through Chapman University and went on to complete student teaching at Ross Elementary school, here in San Diego, with grades K and 4/5 combination class. I then received a long term position in 4th grade at Ross and then another long term at Fay Elementary on University Ave.

This summer I had the opportunity to attend conferences to develop my teaching strategies as well as seek my G.A.T.E. certification through SDSU. Along with these developments I am the head wrestling coach for San Dieguito Academy. Learning will never cease and I will continue to develop my skills any way I can.
