Thank you for welcoming me to Harriet Tubman Village Charter School. I have been in the teaching profession for roughly four years. During that time I have taught in all grades; from 3 year-olds in preschool to 18 year-olds in high school. I am delighted to be one of the two first grade teachers. First grade is a wonderful time for exploration and rapid growth.
I would like to extend an invitation to all of my student's parents to come and visit our classroom during school hours. A few hours taken to participate in our children's social and academic education will demonstrate the importance of their education and help contribute to our classroom culture. I am looking for firm and compassionate leaders to work in small groups and help some students catch up, and others excel.

My phone is open for you until the hours of 8:00 P.M. for questions about behavior, homework, or general academics. I am regularly at school until 7:00 with few exceptions.
I apologize in advance if I do not always answer, but from time to time I will also need my own personal time to be with family and or friends.
