Hello, my name is Jeff Harns and I am the Physical Education teacher here at Tubman. I was born and raised here in San Diego and went to college at SDSU. This is my fifth year at Tubman and this is my 9th year teaching PE at a K-8 school. In my spare time I coach soccer for a local club and high school. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and and two daughters.
