Get ready for Tubman’s 8th annual Turkey Trot- Nov. 2nd!

The Turkey Trot is a “jog-a-thon" during your child’s P.E. class that is a fun and fit way to fundraise for our school.

Event Info-

-During your child’s P.E. period they will jog/walk laps(1/4 a mile each). Sponsors will pledge a specific amount for each lap the student completes.

-Students will receive pledge sheets from the school. The sponsor must write their name, amount per lap, and maximum donation limit.

-All sheets must be turned in by the day of the Turkey Trot (Nov. 2nd).

-Upon completion of the event, students will hand in their tracking sheets and lap totals will be recorded.

-Students then must go home and collect outstanding pledges. All sheets and money must be returned by Nov. 9th.

-Participants should wear hats and/or sunscreen. Families are encouraged to come and support their child.

8:15-8:55- 6th Grade
8:55-9:30- 3rd Grade
9:30-10:05- 4th Grade
10:20-10:55- 1st Grade
10:55-11:30- 5th Grade
11:30-12:05- Kinder/TK
12:45-1:30- 7B/8B
1:32-2:17- 7A/8A
2:20-2:55- 2nd Grade
